Strap & Crown is a simple, walk-in-minded watch care counter on Langstrasse. We focus on the ordinary jobs that keep a useful watch comfortable, readable and ready for the day: fresh batteries, new straps, pin replacement and sensible fit checks. Bring in the watch you actually wear, whether it is a gift, a commuter companion or the one that has been in the drawer too long.
We do not offer valuation, authentication or luxury restoration. Instead, we explain what we can do at the counter, talk through compatible strap options, and let you know when a specialist service is the better route. Most conversations begin with a look at the watch and end with a clear next step.

A battery change is more than fitting a cell. We check the cover, seating and basic function before the watch leaves the bench. For straps, we look at the lug width, the pin condition and how the watch sits on your wrist. It is plain, useful work, carried out with attention to the details that make a difference during an ordinary week.
If a repair needs specialist parts, water-resistance testing or a complete mechanical service, we will say so. Good care includes knowing the boundary of a small local service.
